Why?
We explore every floor plan option so you know we’ve found the perfect layout.
PHASE 1
Start with the priority zone.
Move the zone’s primary piece and its focal point, trying every option.
Take the best placement option(s) to Phase 2.
PHASE 2
Fill in the placement option(s) with the rest of the zones.
Add the zones in order of priority.
Select the Master Layout.
PHASE 3
Complete the Master Layout with accent tables, lighting, and rugs.
Add artwork.
Discuss window treatments and wall paint.
Voila!
