2022 DESIGN TRENDS: WHAT OUR DESIGNERS ARE EXCITED ABOUT

2022 is just around the corner, so we asked our design team what trend they’re most excited about. Here’s what they said:

Anita

“Colorful statement art! Now that our homes serve as both a place for retreat and getting inspired, statement art perks up any room and that uplifts our soul.”

We couldn’t agree more, especially when that art is part of a pattern play and hung on top of a printed wallpaper.

House Beautiful

Paulina

“Mixing dark and earthy tones. That may sound heavy, but if done properly, this combination can actually lighten a space. Case in point, the black and earth tones brightened up with white seen here.”

The Nordroom

Angela

“I love the 70″s influences that I am seeing for interiors. I think part of the reason is that there is some nostalgia at play, but I also love this look includes caned furniture, leather, plants, and an overall laid back vibe.”

CB2

Jeanie

“McGee & Co. has become a trend in and of itself. It’s classic, modern, and rustic. I look forward to incorporating this style into my clients’ homes when they’re looking for a minimal, clean-lined, traditional look.”
