Step 1: Submit Your Shopping Form

Submit your shopping list online with the items you’re ready to purchase.

Step 2: We Place Your Orders.

Our shopping team places your orders within 2–3 business days, applying any available Uploft trade discounts.

 

You’ll receive:

•Order confirmations

•Shipping and tracking information

•Details for scheduling deliveries, returns, and exchanges

Step 3: Your Orders Are on the Way

Once your orders are placed, you manage deliveries, returns, and exchanges just as you would with any online purchase.

Need a few finishing touches? Work with your designer to add more items to your shopping list.

You manage deliveries directly with the retailer or delivery company. We provide order confirmations and shipping information and use your phone number as the delivery contact.

You manage returns and exchanges directly with the retailer, just as you would with a purchase you made yourself. Our shopping team can assist if you need help.
