Post-Reveal Call Frequently Asked Questions
- With the Makeover Plan, you have a 30-minute Follow-Up Call.
- If your shopping list is ready to go, you can submit the shopping form. Read more about our shopping service here.
- You can add more items with your designer at any point during and after the design process! Email your designer directly to get that started.
- You can utilize your Follow-Up Call to ask any outstanding questions. For example, you saw an item in person and didn’t love it or you remembered you have a family heirloom and want to make sure it fits in the space.
- Any additional time needed after the Follow-Up Call can be added on at your designer’s hourly rate as you are ready.
- You can upgrade your Makeover Plan to an Overhaul Plan! The Overhaul Plan includes unlimited items, unlimited time with your designer, a team of licensed and insured handymen and more. To learn more, email hello@uploft.com.
