Shopping Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once your shopping list is ready (triple-check quantities, measurements, specifications, return policies, etc.), submit your shopping form. Be sure it is 100% ready as you can only submit your list once!
  • Once your form is received, you will get an email from shop@uploft.com. We’ll begin shopping in 3-4 business days.
  • Our shopper will order your items and forward order confirmations and shipping notifications to you.
  • Be on the lookout for emails from our shopper regarding questions, out-of-stock notifications, etc.
  • No, the majority of retailers do not stack the trade discount on top of any promotions or sale prices.
  • They can start arriving as soon as 5 days from the order date! Some items have longer lead times, freight shipping can take 2-4 weeks, items go out of stock, and other things out of our control can happen. So always leave a little bit of cushion and prepare for the unexpected!
  • You manage your own deliveries. We will forward you all shipping notifications and delivery scheduling notifications that we receive.
  • You will initiate any returns that you have. Typically, you can do this by emailing or calling the retailer.
